The Human Capital Department is located in the Office of the Deputy Vice Chancellor’s portfolio, Operations and Services.
Our vision is to be ‘trusted Human Capital Partners most recognised for our SMART innovative solutions and service excellence in actively enabling and supporting the broader transformation of CPUT’s People and Leadership Aims’.
The mission of the department is ‘to proactively deliver SMART holistic human-centric, relevant, and effective Human Capital solutions to enable CPUT to achieve its strategic and operational objectives’.
The department utilises the David Ulrich Business Partnering Model which creates synergy and integration of the human capital functions of the business to enable the organisation to optimise its performance.
