To inform you staff members about the Contract Management Function of the Technology Transfer Office (TTO).
Contract Management within the Technology Transfer Office is limited and will be discussed in the course presentation.
Technology Transfer Office Contracts are primarily concerned with Contract Research.
This presentation will cover Contract Research, Research-related contracts, Licensing, SLAs and Commercial contracts as well as 3rd steam income resulting from research activities. Confidentiality Agreements, Contract Forms, Term Sheet, Incidental Matters and requirement information to draft a contract.
